As we pass our one-year mark for construction, we are pleased to announce that our residential project in Los Angeles, Nexen on Seventh, is 50% complete!
In the coming days, our construction team will frame the roof of our 227-unit apartment complex and progress through the early stages of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installation for the floors below. Upon completion, our roof deck will feature multiple barbecue and lounging areas – perfect for grilled dogs and cold beer in the warm California sun.
